It was a pleasure dealing with their entire staff. From Lindsey in the office to Alex and Michael the technicians. Both gentlemen were  professional and very easy to deal with.  My dishwasher need a new control board, they researched the part and found the upgraded board. Work was done on time  and at a reasonable price, would highly recommend.

When i called to set up my appointment the ladies on the phone were quick to set up my appointment with no problem.  They even called to let me know that the technicians were on their way.  They knew exactly what my underlying issue was and never tried to haggle me into parts i didn't need.  They cleaned the workspace when they finished.  They were quick efficient and so kind.   Will be using them in the future and so will my family.

Assurance replaced drain pump on washer, 5 months later the replacement broke - even though pump had a 6 month warranty by the manufacturer -Assurance was unwilling to honor this warranty- then I decided to proceed with the job - and asked for the pump so as I can get the warranty coverage - an Assurance refused. Assurance stated that they would do the replacement for no charge but didn't want me as a customer again and they never gave me the pump.

This company was prompt.  They were able to order parts and have them the next day.  They were efficient, cleaned up after their visit.  Both workers were friendly and polite.  In addition, they had some suggestions to keep my fridge running for years.  I would recommend them as they are 5 star.

Called Assurance after trying to fix my washer on my own multiple times and not having it work. They were able to fix it in two minutes, and didn't even carge me as it was as simple as just me not lining up the part the correct way. Didn't try to sell me new parts to make money and were very courteous!

Amazing service!  Our refrigerator was continually making noise, and it turned out to be the fan.  They came out the morning after I called, and the entire diagnosis and fan replacement took about an hour.  Fast, professional, and courteous.  Highly recommend them!

He was quick and honest; he didn't charge me for the quick check of my washer and the advice to get a new one. If I have any other appliance issues, I'll be sure to use Assurance again.

Needed a drier belt replaced on a Sears drier.  Decided not to call Sears because they never have the part in stock and their service quality is spotty.  Tried Assurance and they brought the parts with them and were in and out in less than 30 minutes.  Very pleased.

These guys are quick and honest. My LG fridge died on me. They were very straight forward with me and told me exactly what I needed to do to get the LG warranty work done.  Since they couldn't help me until I sorted things out with LG they did not charge me for coming out.  I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent, Honest Service - Would Use Again In The Future...they arrived at my house to diagnose a washing machine that was noisy and would stop running on a spin cycle.  The technician quickly diagnosed that I had a broken drum and gave me a honest opinion that the repair would be more than the cost of an entire new machine.  I am not sure if this would happen to everyone but for my service I was not charged the minimum fee for such a quick call and I truly appreciate their professional service and expertise.  Five stars - I now have a new company on speed-dial to call with any repair needs in the future...

The guys were very friendly and VERY knowledgeable! Most of all, they were honest. The issue with my fridge is still covered under the warranty, which eliminated their ability to charge me for the repair, and he told me to go right to the manufacturer for a free repair. I would highly recommend this company for any repairs needed. Alex and his assistant were very professional and on time, they diagnosed the leaking problem I was having with my washing machine in a timely manner and explained what was causing the issue and how to correct it.  I was using too much detergent!! When I went to write the check for the service call he told me there was no charge!!!   I will definitely be calling them again if any of my appliances need to be repaired!

Called for 2 appliance repairs.  They were honest about the one repair costing more than the machine was worth and it would be better to just get a new one. My refrigerator they fixed quickly and new exactly what needed to be done. They were prepared with all parts, quick, and very friendly!

I called because my front load washer had an awful vibration issue. I got a 7:30 AM appointment and Alex was here on time.He diagnosed the issue in 30seconds and informed me the cost of repairs would far exceed replacement cost of the washer. When l tried to pay for the service call he told me he hated to deliver bad news so early in the morning. And refused payment! I have never dealt with a service company with such a high class and qualified staff. THE best!

Absolutely, hands down, the VERY BEST guys around! I first had Assurance Repair come out to service my stove because it was overheating (and would not shut off - SCARY) and Alex found the issue along with thoroughly explaining everything, but unfortunately because my stove was very old, they no longer made the part it needed. I also had Alex come out to service my dishwasher on 3 separate issues and each time he quick and very thorough. I think these guys are very professional, kind and hard working. Not only would I recommend, but they will always be the company that I will call to repair/fix my appliances. They are extremely knowledgeable and honest. If you are looking for someone to come and take a look at your appliance(s), these are the guys to call. I'm so thrilled I found them! Thank you Alex!
